Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Creative Panda Corner website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Products and Services
All goods are handmade to order. Each piece is unique and may have slight natural variations that are characteristic of handcrafted items — this is not a defect. Product images on our website and social media are representative of our work but your commissioned piece will be individually created based on your specifications.
Orders and Payment
All orders are placed via enquiry and confirmed with a quote. A deposit may be required to begin work on custom orders. Full payment is due before dispatch or collection unless otherwise agreed. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. We accept bank transfer and other methods as agreed at the time of ordering.
Wedding and Event Bookings
Live engraving bookings for weddings and events require confirmation and a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Cancellations made more than 28 days before the event will receive a refund of any amount paid above the deposit. Cancellations within 28 days of the event are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel in the case of circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund will be provided.
Delivery and Collection
Estimated delivery times will be provided with your quote. While we endeavour to meet all timescales, handcrafted items may occasionally take longer than anticipated. We will keep you informed of any delays. Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect items upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any damage.
Returns and Refunds
As all items are bespoke and made to order, we are unable to offer returns or refunds unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographs and we will work with you to resolve it.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and designs is the property of The Creative Panda Corner and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. Photographs of our work may be shared on social media with appropriate credit.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the specific item or service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
